For more than twenty years, Deby Eisenberg led a thriving Chicago-area book club, where countless discussions about unforgettable novels inspired her to take on a challenge of her own — to write a story her fellow readers would be unable to put down and eager to discuss long after turning the final page.
Her passion for writing began early. As a child, she won poetry and writing competitions, and in high school she served as Editor-in-Chief of the school newspaper before spending a summer as Society Editor for a local newspaper.
